LE SSERAFIM x Overwatch: Three Collaborations in a Row

There’s kind of an unofficial rule among LE SSERAFIM fans:

If LE SSERAFIM teams up with Overwatch, we’re getting a good song.

The first time was “Perfect Night.” Their second collaboration came with “So Cynical (Badum),” and now they’re back with “Made My Night.”

That makes this LE SSERAFIM and Overwatch’s third collaboration.

Their first project together in 2023 was also Overwatch 2’s first-ever musical artist collaboration. Blizzard brought them back again in 2025, and now they’re doing it for a third time in 2026.

At this point, calling LE SSERAFIM one of Overwatch’s K-pop muses doesn’t feel that far off.

This Time, It’s “Made My Night”

“Made My Night” comes with another round of LE SSERAFIM-themed content inside Overwatch.

The collaboration added new skins for D.Mon, Freja, Mizuki, Anran, Sierra, and Moira, while skins from the previous LE SSERAFIM collaborations also returned.

The members themselves don’t become playable characters. Instead, Overwatch heroes get outfits and styling inspired by LE SSERAFIM.

That’s been part of the fun since the first collaboration. D.Va, Tracer, Kiriko, Brigitte, and Sombra were among the heroes who received LE SSERAFIM-inspired looks before, so the group has already been part of the visual world of Overwatch for a while.

Back at BlizzCon

The third collaboration also brought LE SSERAFIM back to BlizzCon 2026.

BlizzCon is Blizzard’s big event for games like Overwatch, Warcraft, and Diablo, with announcements, esports, and live performances.

LE SSERAFIM performed as the closing musical act on the main stage at the Anaheim Convention Center on September 13. They had also performed at BlizzCon during their first Overwatch collaboration in 2023.

This time, their stage outfits were part of the collaboration too.

The members wore looks inspired by playable Overwatch characters, and they even talked about which character each outfit referenced during the show. Yunjin’s hooded leather look, for example, was inspired by Freja.

So inside the game, Overwatch characters wear LE SSERAFIM-inspired skins.

At BlizzCon, LE SSERAFIM wore Overwatch-inspired looks on stage.

That switch is probably one of my favorite little details from this collaboration.

“Made My Night” also got its first live performance at BlizzCon. Kazuha explained that the song was inspired by the relationship between D.Mon and D.Va and is about the special chemistry between friends.

The Members Actually Play Overwatch Too

Another thing I like about this collaboration is that Overwatch isn’t something the members only know through advertising.

They actually play the game.

Sakura has talked about playing Overwatch 2 with Eunchae after work during the first collaboration. Eunchae usually played a healer role, and she had already played Overwatch before the partnership started.

Sakura is well known for being into games in general, and she once corrected a question about how much Overwatch she had played after the collaboration was announced by saying she had already played for more than 48 hours.

Eunchae has also talked about playing Moira when she was younger.

During their second collaboration in 2025, Eunchae said she had good memories of BlizzCon and that the members genuinely liked Overwatch 2.

Three collaborations in, the pairing feels pretty familiar now.

That unofficial fan rule is still holding up pretty well:

LE SSERAFIM + Overwatch = good music.
